William J. “Bill” Teague pioneered Fidelity Capital Management’s approach to total financial planning. He started in the industry in 1976 and took over the firm in 1994. For over 40 years, Bill has provided objective, professional financial advice to individuals, families, and small businesses, and has grown strong multi-generational relationships with his clients. Bill holds numerous industry affiliation designations. He is a member of the Wake County Estate Planning Council and serves on several non-profit boards. In 2009, Bill implemented his own succession plan for Fidelity Capital Management, as he had advised so many of his clients, and brought his son, Will, into the business.
Bill graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He and his wife, Kathy, are natives of Smithfield, NC, and raised their family in Raleigh. Both Bill and Kathy are active members of Hayes Barton Baptist Church. In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his family (especially his five grandchildren), playing golf, and in Morehead City.
Bill Teague is a registered assistant.
